How I Train

I take my own training and conditioning very seriously.  I want to be the best I can be, the strongest and fittest version of myself so that I can motivate my clients, leading by example.  I ask nothing of my clients physically that I can't or won't do myself.  My training style has evolved over the years, but strength and weight training is by far the most effective and rewarding discipline I have pursued. That said, that wasn't always the case; before I was a PT I was that girl that was glued to the treadmill, running for my life but never quite reaching my goals.

Aside from shredding weight and body fat a lot quicker and more effectively than other methods of training, weight training is great for toning and tightening muscles and skin that tends to get, shall we say left hanging, when solely relying on running and cardio machines.

Hi, I am Samera. I'm a mother of three, strength coach, and have been a personal trainer for over 5 years. Throughout  my career I've worked at various gyms, health clubs, and have owned and managed a Personal Training studio. My clients vary from those looking to lose weight and get into shape to those competing professionally.  â€‹

 

My journey started when I decided to get back into shape after having my second child - so I know how hard it can be.  If there is one thing you’ll get to know about me, it’s just how much I love my job - there is nothing more satisfying than hearing my clients tell me how great they feel and the positive impact our sessions have on their lives.  All it takes is hard work and motivation - when you find yourself short on either, you know where I am.

Why train with me?

​

Finding the right personal trainer is no small task. For most that means finding someone that can get the best out them, someone they feel comfortable with, someone that they can spend 3 - 4 hours a week of their time with. Most of all they need to find someone that can push them to their limits in order to help them achieve their goals, no matter how small or large.  

 

I am a firm believer in letting my client's accomplishments speak for themselves. So instead of telling you why you should train with me, I'd like to show you why some of my other clients choose to.
